Directions: From Rt. 78: Exit 17 off Rt. 78. Follow Rt. 31 South. Go 5 stoplights. Make right turn onto Payne Rd. At the endof Payne Rd., make a left onto Lilac Dr. (will make a turn to the right). Then make a right on Kiceniuk Rd. Follow Kiceniuk over a set of RR tracks. Kiceniuk will turn to right again. 4th driveway on right. #40

From Rt 95: Take Rt 31 Exit. Follow Rt. 31 north through Flemington. Rt 31 will join with 202 for a short while. Follow Rt 31 north. Take jughandle for Payne Rd. to cross Rt. 31. Follow directions from above.

Facilities: Barn has overhead hay storage, matted stalls, auto fly spray system, individual water at each stall, heated wash stalls, laundry facilities, permanent bathrooms. Located next to a park with miles of riding trails. Indoor/ outdoor arena and beautiful jumping field with grob, ditch, 2 water jumps and a bank.
